Most fitness classes involving kicking and punching as an exercise, rarely correct poor technique.

That’s where we are a different, we are not fitness instructors teaching kicking and punching to get fit. We are Martial Arts Instructors teaching you to kick and punch like a pro, whilst having a great cardio workout

Full time Martial Arts Centre and Fitness Centre

The Dojang (Korean for Place of Training) is a full time Martial Arts centre with all the equipment that you would expect.

Our location is in Allenby Industrial Estate, near Wickes and Carlton Centre. The Dojang – LN3 4NR

Stretching

The class involves a good amount of scientific sport based stretching techniques. Having good flexibility has many benefits.

Our instructors are professionals, having extensive martial arts and fitness knowledge ensuring any techniques you do are done correctly. This reduces the chances of injury through incorrect techniques.

When kicking and punching training bags, the danger is that it can lead you into a false sense of security, would these kicks and punches actually work in real life? 

The ones we teach will.

Lessons are on Tuesdays and Thursdays:

9-10am and 10.30-11.30am
